The documents found here are from Miner Diggins' collection of research materials. Stuff we have picked up here and there. Most of it is from the early days of mining in the western United States. Some is very useful, some is just for fun.

This collection includes documents from government sources like the USGS, State bureaus, the Library of Congress etc. Other documents have been obtained through Google Books or the Gutenberg Press which are both great sources for public domain materials.
